A Home with a Maritime Legacy

Originally built in the late 19th century by our mariner ancestors, The Cove Beach House carries a rich seafaring history. Our family were sea pilots, guiding ships safely through the waters and toward distant ports – mainly Constantinople – at a time when maps were scarce, relying only on their deep knowledge of the sea. This house once served as a boathouse, storing the small vessel they used to reach incoming ships in need of navigation. Over the years, it has undergone three major renovations – in 1994, 2016, and most recently in 2022 – each carried out with deep respect for its heritage and a strong commitment to sustainability. Today, it seamlessly blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering a truly unique stay.
